Billing, in plain words

Today: Nothing. Your 14-day free trial starts when you create your profile.
After the trial: USD 99 (AED 363.58) per month, charged to your card each month.
Cancelling: The subscription does not stop on its own. Cancel any time in Account Settings, Billing, Cancel subscription. You keep access to the end of your trial or paid month, and you are not charged again.
For the full challenge: The challenge runs to 29 November, after your trial ends, so running it to the finish means one monthly payment of USD 99.
No limits: No minimum term, no minimum headcount, unlimited employees.

Questions

Who can take part?

Any employee you invite, wherever they are based. There is no minimum or maximum headcount.

Do employees need a fitness watch?

No. The app counts steps from the phone itself, and connects to most watches and trackers if people have one.

What can we see as the company?

Your dashboard shows who has joined your community and their activity in the challenges you run. Each employee creates their own account and chooses to join, and you see their name, mobile, email and challenge activity, nothing else from their wider use of the app.

What if we sign up after Friday 30 October?

The complimentary build is for sign-ups by Friday 30 October 2026. To have your challenge ready for day one on Saturday 31 October, sign up and claim by Wednesday 28 October.

Can we keep using it after November?

Yes. Many companies keep running challenges, groups and events all year. If you don't want to continue, cancel in Billing and you won't be charged again.
